this aud. is better.(not saying much)
Nice Althea, Playin' is out there,Big RR as mentioned is white hot and Sat. Night opener is killer, that'll throw ya for a loop esp.if the psychedelics are kicking in. Love that energy to start show coming off the end of the song albeit FOTD and Esau blow it for me but oh well. Nice solid show but I like the 28th better and the BCT run is even better than that. Ahhhhh the Augusta run, does it get much better than that?
Maybe, 2 runs from spring of '84 may be top them. The 184.108.40.206 Philly shows and 4.26.27. Providence run are prime time peak Dead shows. Mean Wicked tight jammin, killer solos and sweet Jerry ballads.
Top notch Dead.

It seems as if this show has been overlooked. This really is worth a listen. While this is not one of those "WOW" shows, it is well played and enjoyable to listen to. I also think that for an Aud, the recording is very good. Full, clean sound and not at all muddy like some others. Because of the recording quality I will rate this one as 3.5. 3 for show, 4 for sound. in the new world of no downloading SBDs, I think this one is definitely worth a D/L.
